House Church
Life-giving, disciple-making, communities that gather weekly
During theWeek,
We Share Life
We love Sundays. Even still, life happens outside of Sundays, so we gather there too.
House Churches are weekly gatherings across the DMV to read the Bible, pray, worship, share, and meet one another’s needs — modeling an Acts 2:42–47 community.
The 5 Circles of Church
Just like Sundays, House Churches are only part of the picture. The church flourishes when each circle is being walked out together, not siloed. Read more here.

As we read in Acts 2:42-47 when the Church was initially birthed after Pentacost, the early church met daily in homes and in the temple courts. We believe the living room is one of the most powerful places for life-on-life discipleship to happen. It's where people are truly known, cared for, and grow the most.
-
You can generally expect worship, prayer, discussion around scripture, and real conversation about life. The outcome is authentic community.
-
Each House Church is led by a team of leaders who are committed to the people in their group and to the mission of Antioch D.C. Leaders are supported and developed by our church staff.
